Besides a bad voltage regulator blowing bulbs, can it also cause the lights to get no power at all? Like no light, but without actually blowing the bulb??

A faulty voltage regulator can absolutely cause a complete loss of power to your lights, not just blown bulbs. If the regulator isn't sending any voltage, or if it's intermittent, the bulbs won't illuminate even if they're perfectly fine. I'd definitely investigate further with a multimeter!

Thanks for the heads-up. When the voltage regulator goes bad on the 2019 Renegade Enduro, does it usually show any early warning signs or symptmoms, like dimming lights or battery issues , before it completely fails?

Isn't it crazy that a single component like a voltage regulator can render your lights completely dead without any blown bulbs, showing just how fragile modern snowmobile electrical systems really are?
