Ski Doo tantrum

My sister loves snow, and she has a Ski Doo for years, but it's been giving her a real head scratcher lately.

The snowmobile runs like a bat out of hell for about 10 minutes, no problem. But then, once she's good and warm, it's like she suddenly hits a brick wall and barely wants to move!

It's wild. But funny, if I throw some snow on it, she comes back to life for a few more minutes.
Does this sound like my clutch is on the fritz? Any of you snowmobile gurus got some ideas on what's going on under the hood? I'm all ears!

No, i doubt it's the clutch, you're having heat related problem, something with the ignition or the fuel. I'm thinking stator, capacitor, fuel pump or fuel filter.

Why do you think throwing snow on it helps, have you checked if the clutches or engine components are overheating and losing performance once they reach a certain temperature?
